Artur Megeria is a Ukrainian attorney-at-law and insolvency practitioner specializing in bankruptcy proceedings, debt restructuring, and complex dispute resolution. His practice encompasses representation of clients in commercial, civil, and administrative courts, management of insolvency proceedings, corporate liquidation and rehabilitation procedures, as well as advising on asset protection and corporate conflict resolution.

Since June 2024, he has served as Chairman of the Council of Insolvency Practitioners of the City of Kyiv.
