Mykola Kovalchuk is a leading Ukrainian attorney specializing in bankruptcy, debt restructuring, and complex litigation, with extensive experience in handling high-value financial, corporate, and international projects. His practice focuses on strategic legal advice in crisis situations, representation in multi-level court proceedings, and negotiations where achieving economically efficient solutions is essential.
In parallel, he develops one of the few sports law practices in Ukraine, representing professional athletes and international sports organizations.
